Stronger 5K – Sugar HillJoin Alloy Personal Training Windermere for a one-of-a-kind 5K in Sugar Hill on Saturday, March 21st at 8:00am—where running meets strength and community comes first.
This isn’t your typical out-and-back race. You can run it straight through or pause along the course for short, optional strength stations designed by Alloy coaches. Move fast, move strong, or mix it up—this race is about effort, not perfection.
Best part? A portion of the proceeds will benefit Shepherd Center, supporting life-changing care for people recovering from spinal cord and brain injuries.
Expect a welcoming vibe, a supportive community, and a finish line that celebrates all ways of moving—running, lifting, walking, and cheering each other on.
Every runner will receive a race shirt.
Awards for top 3 in each age group.
