The Place is collaborating with instructors, Christine Gould and Heather Knapp, from Oneonta Jiu Jitsu Academy to offer a FREE self-defense class for women (14 years of age and up) who reside in Chenango County. Classes will be held on the 3rd Friday monthly. As class size is limited, registration is required. Please contact The Place at 607-336-9696 for additional information and to register. Strong Women will be held at Norwich High School, 89 Midland Drive, Norwich.
