Calling all moms with little ones ages newborn to 5 years! Join us for an open gym meets CrossFit work at your own pace mom and tot fitness class where you can create your own workout—with or without your baby. The two-hour time slot gives you the flexibility to come and go, working out as long or as short as you’d like.We will have different stations set up with suggested exercises and rep counts for you to do. These stations are fun and can also be done with your toddlers. If your little one isn't interested in participating that's okay too, our enclosed gym space allows them to run around you wile you work out.
