We’re bringing local experts directly to the Helix Site so you can move your body and clear your mind. Whether you need to blow off steam or build functional strength for your workday, we’ve got a space for you.

What: STRONG Nation™ (Medium-Intensity Cardio & Muscle Conditioning)
When: Wednesdays | 12:00 – 12:30 (Please arrive 10 mins before)
Where: The Core Building, Floor 7, Events Space
Experience: All levels welcome. We work to your intensity.
What to bring: A fitness mat for floor work, a water bottle & sweat towel

Meet Your Practitioner: Kathryn Forte

Kathryn has been a powerhouse in the fitness community for over 11 years. What started as a weekly community class in a church hall has grown into a full-time passion, with Kathryn now delivering group exercise and personal training six days a week.

Specializing in strength and stamina, Kathryn is bringing STRONG Nation™ to The Helix. Unlike traditional classes, this session moves away from the stopwatch; you’ll work to the beat of original music specifically engineered for every lunge, squat, and burpee. Kathryn’s goal is to help you test your limits and leave the session feeling powerful and energised.
