Strong Moms Run Club is a free, welcoming run/walk group for moms in the Sandy Springs / Atlanta area.Join us in a supportive, low-pressure environment. All paces are welcome — run, jog, or walk. Strollers, babies, and kids are welcome too (the path is stroller-friendly!).
After the run, we’ll stick around for playground time and, if you’re up for it, coffee and crepes at the farmers market. ☕
This is a relaxed way to move your body, connect with other moms, and feel strong and supported.
