What to expect (90 min sessions):đ¶ Board basics + safety (first 10 min - beginners learn, others can play)
đ¶ Short paddle + warm-up
đȘ 45 min strength + core workout on the board
âïž Fun pose - photo op ;) work to finish
After class, we can enjoy a drink on the sand or on our boards.
Each class will go through:
Core work
Squats + lunges
Push-ups + strength work
Balance + stability
Everything is modifiable, so we can meet you, right where youâre at đ
All sessions are hosted on a sandy beach, so if you fall in (which you might đ)⊠you can stand right back up.
The vibe:
Fun. Supportive. A little challenging.
A lot of laughs.
And a group - all just showing up and trying something fun together.

Designed to give you something to look forward to - without feeling overcommitted during summer.
