Bring your kids (age 5 and up) and show them just how strong mom is! We will be going through a class that incorporates yoga, strength training, and cardio. Teaching kids importance of moving your body within a supportive community, utilizing breath techniques to navigate through life. Sharing our practice and laughs with our kids!Workshop fee: $30/couple
