Strong Life Total - All Five lifts added together to make one ultimate total!
Weight Lifting Total - Snatch + Clean & Jerk
Power Lifting Total - Back Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift
The weightlifting will be held on Saturday the 6th and be run like a Weightlifting competition.
Powerlifting will be held on Sunday the 7th and be run like a Powerlifting competition.
Neither part of the competition is sanctioned, so its great for someone wanting to lift on stage for the first time or anyone who just wants one final max out in 2025!!
