We'll start with a beginner-friendly 30-minute workout designed to remind you those muscles still work, all while building confidence. This session is for EVERY woman... whether you are just starting or getting back on track. Strong is not a trend, it is a requirement for healthy aging, independence, and protection of your future self, ladies!!

After we move, we refuel with fresh ENUFF juice and engage in meaningful conversation around physical strength, nutrition, and lifestyle habits that support long-term wellness.
