Facilitated by Ceridwen Cook, Perinatal Occupational Therapist and Scar & Pelvic Health Practitioner, passionate about helping individuals feel confident and connected in their bodies.
Strong Foundations is a 2-hour pelvic health workshop designed to educate, empower, and normalise conversations about pelvic health — all in a welcoming, judgement-free space.
