If you’ve been wanting to feel stronger, have more energy, and finally get back into a routine… this is for you.

This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about building real strength, learning how to fuel your body, and feeling good going into summer.

Over 8 weeks, you’ll be coached every step of the way in a small, supportive group of women who are all working toward the same goal.

We’ll train together, keep things simple with nutrition, and create habits that actually work in real life.

Here’s what to expect:

You’ll be working out 3x per week with a mix of gym sessions and outdoor workouts. Everything is guided, so you don’t have to think about what to do or if you’re doing it “right.”

You’ll also get a simple nutrition plan to follow. Nothing restrictive or overwhelming. Just real food, balanced in a way that supports your energy, strength, and results.

We’ll track your progress with InBody scans, and you’ll have a private 1:1 session with me to personalize things even more.

There’s also a group grocery store tour to help you feel confident with what you’re buying and how to make this sustainable long-term.

And honestly, one of the best parts… the group support. You’ll be surrounded by women showing up, putting in the work, and keeping each other accountable.

Who this is NOT for:

If you’re looking for a quick fix or expecting overnight results

If you’re not ready to show up consistently (even on the days you don’t feel like it)
