Yoga nidrā is a deeply restful, guided practice of conscious rest. You don’t need any prior experience of yoga, and I promise I won’t ask you to touch your toes.
This is especially for bodies that work hard and nervous systems that deserve deep, intentional rest. Please wear your comfiest clothes (pyjamas are very welcome - we don’t judge). Blankets are provided, so you can travel light - unless you have a favourite you’d love to bring; pillows for extra comfort and plushies for emotional support are both very welcome.
The nidrā practice itself will last around an hour. Afterwards, you’re invited to ease gently back into the world with a selection of herbal teas and a homemade snack (egg- and dairy-free).
This is a women-centred, trans-inclusive space, open to non-binary people and anyone who would usually feel at home in a women-led, feminine-energy environment.
