We invite you to a thoughtfully designed workshop created just for moms. Together, we’ll learn, move, and build strength while prioritizing core and pelvic floor health through every stage of motherhood. From pregnancy to postpartum and beyond, this event is a space to feel supported, informed, and empowered.
Session #1: 10am-12pm - Pregnancy
Session #2: 1-3pm - Postpartum & beyond
We will have delicious breakfast food + drink at both!

Pregnancy Workshop
Info: Learn how to strengthen your core and pelvic floor in pregnancy to help have a pain-free pregnancy, and to prepare for both labor and postpartum. The session will include extensive pregnancy educational content, pregnancy exercise demonstration, as well as Q & A. Please arrive for check-in beginning at 9:45am.

Postpartum Workshop
Info: Learn how to rebuild and restore your core and pelvic floor in postpartum and beyond. It's never too late to heal diastasis recti and pelvic floor symptoms. The session will include core and pelvic floor educational content, foundational exercise demonstration, as well as Q & A. Please arrive for check-in beginning at 12:45pm.
