This Mother's day season, join us for a unique, hands-on workshop designed to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to your body.
Led by three physical therapists specializing in strength training, pelvic floor health, and nervous system regulation, this 90-minute experience brings together the foudnations most women were never taught - but always needed.
Together, we'll cover:
- how to move and lift safely and confidently (with a focus on squat mechanics)
- how the pelvic floor actually works - and why it matters earlier than you think
- manage stress and nervous system with implementable post-recovery exercises
- simple ways to improve body awareness, control and trust
You’ll go beyond just learning—this is a fully interactive experience where you’ll test movements, feel real-time changes in your body, and walk away with tools you can actually use.
This workshop is beneficial for anyone, and especially helpful if you experience anxiety, chronic stress, pelvic floor concerns, pain with exercise, or feel unsure about how to move your body safely and effectively.
While this is a Mom & Daughter experience (ages 12+), mothers are absolutely welcome to attend on their own and enjoy the workshop for themselves.
This isn't just a workshop - it's an opportunity to build strength, confidence, and body awareness that lasts a life time.

- Timeline: is a rough estimate, depending on when everyone gets settled. Optional Q&A to chat with each individual practitioner after 330pm

- Price: $30 for Mom plus 12yo daughter, $20 for Mom
- Kids Room: is on site in a separate room with a TV and toys
