Join us for an empowering, educational, and uplifting experience created by moms, for moms — blending movement, mental health, and mobility support in a safe, welcoming environment.
What’s Included:
✔️ Postpartum Fitness ClassLed by a Certified Prenatal & Postpartum Specialist, this low-impact class is designed to help you reconnect with your core, improve posture, and redevelop strength safely and intentionally.
✔️ Mental Health Discussion Led by a Licensed Professional Counselor that is Certified in Perinatal Mental Health, this talk explores expectations vs. reality in motherhood and offers practical tools to navigate emotional challenges and manage overwhelm.
✔️ Pelvic Floor & Core Recovery Learn from a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Pelvic Floor Therapist how to safely restore pelvic health, reduce discomfort, and rebuild your core from the inside out.
✔️ Postpartum Realignment + Mobility Led by a Certified Fascia Stretch Therapy Practitionee to help you gently release tension, realign your body, and restore balance as you recover and reconnect postpartum.
✔️ Mom-to-Mom Community Time You're not meant to do this alone. Meet other local moms, share stories, and build real connection in a supportive space.
