Most people think they’re engaging their core, but they’re actually overworking the wrong muscles and leaving results on the table. We’re going to peel back the layers on what 'core strength' actually looks like, giving you the insider knowledge to fix common mistakes and unlock a level of stability you didn't know you had. Join us for a 2-hour immersive workshop dedicated to building a core that supports your life, your posture, and your practice.
The Goals:
Understand: Learn exactly what your core is (and why you haven't been feeling it).
Correct: Identify and fix the "Gold Mine" of common mistakes that stall progress.
Activate: Master pelvic positioning and deep core connection through intentional breathwork.
Strengthen: Move through controlled flows that prioritize form over speed.
Restore: Targeted mobility for the hips, shoulders, and low back.
The Value:
Instant Feedback: Leave knowing exactly "what to do" and "what to avoid" in class.
The Home Tool-Kit: Receive a simple 10-minute daily routine to maintain your gains.
Confidence: Walk into your next class with the alignment and posture of an elite mover.
Meet your instructor Liz:
Liz is a seasoned movement instructor with over 15 years of experience teaching Yoga, Pilates, and Barre. Her approach blends deep technical knowledge with an intuitive understanding of the body, creating classes that are both effective and supportive.
As a former studio owner, Liz has not only led hundreds of classes but has also built a strong, connected community rooted in trust, consistency, and care. She is passionate about helping students feel stronger, more confident, and at home in their bodies—whether they are stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an established practice.
Liz’s teaching style is thoughtful and intentional, with a focus on proper alignment, core strength, and sustainable movement. She believes that when students truly understand their bodies, they move differently—not just in class, but in everyday life.
Her work is grounded in the belief that movement should feel empowering, accessible, and supportive at every stage.
