Postpartum Recovery & Movement Workshop
Just had a baby and not quite feeling like yourself in your body yet?
Maybe you’re feeling a bit weak through your core, unsure what’s actually safe to do, or missing the feeling of being strong, active, and confident in your body.
You want to start moving again, but you don’t want to do the wrong thing or risk injury.
This relaxed outdoor workshop is designed to help you gently reconnect with your body, understand what it needs after birth, and feel more confident taking that first step back into movement.
You’ll be surrounded by other mums in the same stage of life — no pressure, no judgement, just support.

What you’ll learn

• How to safely start exercising again

• Where to begin so you can feel strong again
Who it’s for
Mums who are 0–3 months postpartum who want to start feeling like themselves again and return to movement safely.
If you are currently pregnant and wanting to learn how to support your body before birth, you are also very welcome.
Babies are welcome.
