Join San Diego Mom Crew for a stroller walk from Superbloom Cafe to Tecolote North Playground. After the walk, mingle with mamas by the playground and enjoy refreshing collagen mocktails from Green Compass, made with organic ingredients.

- 9:45AM: meet at Superbloom Cafe.
- 10:00AM: walk to Tecolote North Playground.
- 10:30AM: playtime, mingle and mocktails.
What to bring:
- Outdoor blanket.
- Water.
- Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, stroller fan, etc.
- Snacks for you and your little ones.
- Anything else you and your children may need.

Shannon is the host of San Diego Mom Crew. She is a wellness coach, yoga instructor (RYT-500), sound healer, Reiki practitioner and mom to her bubbly and curious 7-month-old.
