This isn’t a workout—just a chance to connect, chat, and enjoy the fresh air with your little ones and your mama village.We’ll start with a quick stretch before our walk, then stop at the playground so the kiddos can get their wiggles out and have some fun! Older kids are welcome to bring their bikes and scooters.
