🌟 Join us for a Fun and Free Stroller Strides Class at Athleta in International Plaza! 🌟
Calling all moms and little ones to experience a workout that's designed to keep you and your little one active and engaged. In partnership with International Plaza, Burn on Bay Street presents a special "Mom and Me" Stroller Strides class, hosted in collaboration with Athleta.
- 📅 Date: Saturday, May 18th
- ⏰ Time: 8:45AM Registration, 9AM-10AM Workout, 10:30AM Shopping at Athleta
- 🏢 Venue: Athleta International Plaza
- 📍 Location: 2223 N Westshore Blvd
- 🚗 Park: Park on the bottom level of the parking garage between Dillard's and Nieman Marcus. This will be the only entrance available to enter to get to Athleta before 10AM.
During class, our certified fitness instructors will lead you through a dynamic workout that incorporates cardio, strength training, and core exercises. And the best part? You get to do it all with your little one by your side in their stroller! We also incorporate FUN for baby during class such as songs, tickles, and bubbles!
