About this Event
#FIRSTHIKEOFFALL
We will begin our journey on a river side trail. This walk is approximately 2 miles roundtrip. Filled with Reflective and Mindfulness promts to shift and align with the season of fall. After our stroll we will cool down with a calm grounding yoga session.
This will be a yin style of yoga with seated postures. We will focus of cooling the body, centering the mind and leave you feeling relaxed x refreshed for the week.
Comfortable walking shoes suggested.
Blanket to sit on/towel, yoga mat, LOTS of water, and anything else you may need to help you relax. 🌺
Yellow river park is a hidden gem in Stone Mountain, ga. This river is tributary of the Ocmulgee River, 75 miles long , and runs through serval cities east of Atlanta. It features great open spaces, entrances to the river, overlook docks wooded equestrian and bike trails.
