Full Moon On The Farm | Goats, Yoga, Sound Bath, Fire

Join us for another full moon ceremony, complete with gentle yoga, a sound bath and a fire celebration in honor of hour harvest moon, and all that we choose to harvest in our own lives.

The evening will be led by Megan Kibby, owner of Red Wagon Goats, certified yoga instructor and trauma informed life coach, and will feature an immersive sound bath by fellow farm resident NaCole DeSantis, Sound Therapist and Level 2 Reiki practitioner.

Our evening will include:

Welcome & Intro, 10–15 min

Gentle Yoga Flow, with Breath Work and Meditation 45–60 min | This will be a gentle practice around sunset, surrounded by goats, tall pines, and lots of love. This practice is not fitness-focused, but is instead centered on connection and calming the nervous system to create an internal and exterior space conducive to full moon magic.

Immersive Sound Bath, 30 min | NaCole will lead us on a journey of sound healing under the stars, with a chorus of crickets, cicadas, bull frogs and owls joining in from the surrounding woods. NaCole will be using crystal sound bowls — therapeutic frequencies increase relaxation and help balance the right and left brain, among other benefits.

Fire Ceremony, 1 hour | We'll call corners and gather 'round a fire for some journaling prompts, discussion and ceremony. This month, we will be honoring our ancestors in a special Samhain celebration. We welcome you to bring photos of your ancestors and loved ones who have passed, as well as a journal.

• Yoga mat and/or towel (we will be on the Earth, so you might not want to bring your best mat)
• Water, natural bug spray if desired
• Meditation cushion and/or blanket if desired
• Journal/paper and pen
• If tarot/oracle cards are part of your practice and you'd like to bring your own deck to work with, please do.

To create an intimate atmosphere, space is limited to 15 people. This is an intentionally safe space for queer, trans and BIPOC. This farm is on colonized land, taken from the Mvskoke (Muscogee) people.
