Medical City Plano's Stroke Support Group for patients and caregivers meets monthly from 5-6PM at the hospital in Tower C - Classroom 1 (near Starbucks).This monthly program provides stroke recovery education and resources to help patients rehabilitate and cope with life adjustments after experiencing a stroke. Each meeting features a guest speaker presentation and group discussion with stroke survivors, caregivers and other supporters.
