Prepare to be captivated by an extraordinary evening of music under the soft glow of candlelight, in the stunning Greyfriars Hall in Virgin Hotels Edinburgh.
Line-Up
Headlining the evening is Pilar Winter Hill, and 18-year-old Julliard-trained violinist from Brooklyn, NY, hailed by Teen Vogue as one of the "21 Under 21; Young People Changing the World." Pilar's classical mastery will take centre stage, accompanied by two equally talented artists.
Joining her, and playing host for the evening, is Edinburgh-based Dara Dubh, a renowned harpist and traditional folk musician, bringing the rich sounds of the harp to life. Also gracing the stage is Connor Civatte who combines a knowledge of pipes, fiddle, and a variety of other instruments, to be an effective musical storyteller in the Scottish tradition.
The evening will be set in the impressive Greyfriars Hall with a bar available for drinks, making it the perfect setting to unwind and immerse yourself in an unforgettable autumn evening of music and atmosphere.

Connor Civatte Bio: Connor Civatte is a fiddle player with 19 years of experience. He is a graduate of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland with a degree in Scottish Traditional Music Performance. He won the 2019 North American Scottish Fiddle Championships and dozens of regional competitions. Since moving to Scotland, Connor has performed at the Dusseldorf and Oslo Military Tattoos and at the 2024 Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, as well as performing for the First Minister of Scotland at Edinburgh Castle. He released his debut solo album, Bard, in 2022 and has written all of the material for its follow up. His music focuses on storytelling and narrative, while creating a rich sonic experience into which the listener can disappear.
