STRIDE - Self-awareness, Trust, Resilience, Intention, Daring, and Empowerment - is designed to help teens and adults strengthen self-confidence, improve body image, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Through a unique blend of Equine-Inspired Support and transformative life coaching, Molly guides participants on a journey of growth, awareness, and empowerment; helping them find strength, clarity, and courage from within.

This is not a riding program—participants work with horses from the ground, connecting through presence, energy, and intention.

What is S.T.R.I.D.E.?

Molly brings a unique blend of compassion, coaching expertise, and a Bachelor’s degree in Equine Facilitated Therapeutics, guiding participants through deeply meaningful, therapeutic interactions with horses. This is not a riding program—participants work with horses from the ground, connecting through presence, energy, and intention.A guided framework designed to help teens and adults strengthen self-confidence, improve body image, and reconnect with their authentic selves:

Why Horses? Healing can feel overwhelming because different parts of you are asking for different things. And every part of you deserves compassion, patience, and space to be heard. Through therapeutic, on-the-ground interaction, horses help you access that clarity. They respond to your energy, not your words, allowing you to slow down, regulate, and tune into what’s happening internally. Their calming presence makes it easier to reconnect with your authentic self in a grounded, honest way. With Molly’s gentle guidance, you’ll explore those inner parts at a pace that feels safe—so you can step forward with renewed confidence and self-trust. You don't have to navigate challenges alone.
