Join me for a relaxing Stretch & Flow session on the beach - a soft combination of stretching, mobility and conscious movement to help you unwind, reconnect with your body and enjoy the ocean vibes 🤍

This class is about:
• gentle stretching & mobility
• releasing tension
• slow, mindful movement
• breathing & grounding
• moving in a supportive, no-pressure environment

Perfect if you:
– feel stiff or tired
– want to move gently
– are new to stretching or movement
– want to start your day calm and energised

No experience needed.
All levels welcome

Just bring a mat or towel, comfy clothes and water.
