We will embark on a journey of self-care and emotional release, moving through simple stretches that not only relax the body but also soothe the mind.
This unique session focuses on gentle, light stretching exercises designed to help release stored trauma and tension within the body. Whether you're seasoned or completely new to stretching, this class is for you. We offer both floor 🧘♂️ and chair 🪑 options to accommodate all levels of flexibility and comfort.
