About this Event
Most runners are aware of the benefits of incorporating a stretching practice into their training – decreased risk of injury, faster recovery, tension release, and even improved performance; however, they do not always know the best methods for reaping these benefits.
This is the second session in a series of four stretching and flexibility workshops led by Angie Young of Forever Young Yoga and Wellness. Angie is a Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Stretching and Flexibility Coach. The other three sessions focus on pro-aging, strength, and flexibility. In this session, you will learn the best practices in stretching specifically for runners, practice some stretches, and walk away with a plan to help you achieve your goals. You may attend one workshop in the series or multiple workshops.
