Join us as we celebrate the grand opening of Stretch Zone Frederick with a special Ribbon Cutting & Free Stretch Demo Event on April 30th from 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM.
Be among the first in the community to tour the new studio, meet the team, enjoy light refreshments, and experience a complimentary practitioner-assisted stretch demonstration.
Stretch Zone uses a proprietary strapping system and hands-on practitioner approach designed to help improve mobility, increase range of motion, support recovery, and help you feel and move better in everyday life. Whether you’re active, recovering, or simply looking to improve how your body feels, this is a great opportunity to learn what Stretch Zone is all about.
