TK Stretching was founded in May 2016 by Kimberly Althauser Lucas and Timothy Lucas. They have studied and trained under Chris & Ann Frederick, the founders of Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST) at the Stretch to Win Institute. Timothy and Kimberly are dedicated to guiding others toward a healthy, flexible lifestyle through FST.

Kimmy is the Co-Founder and CEO of TK Stretching and Starlift Academy, a Fascial Stretch Specialist, a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Practitioner and a Completion Process Practitioner who works with some of the most influential people in Austin.
