Whether you’re seeking personal growth, a sense of community, more connection to and nourishment from the food on your plate, or simply a break to recharge before the holidays, this has been designed to provide a restorative experience for your mind, body, and soul.
The Details:
Location: This mini-retreat will be hosted outdoors at a private residence in central Austin with beautiful views of hill country. Address will be provided with ticket purchase.
Menu: Our menu for the day will be gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian. If you have specific dietary requirements beyond this, please reach out to Coleen at [email protected].
What to bring: This event will be hosted outside, so please dress for the weather and bring along layers, sunglasses and anything else you like to make yourself most comfortable outdoors.
