This is more than a workshop.
It’s both a deep personal experience and a professional training.
🧘♀️ Two Practices. Two Purposes.
Yin Yoga teaches you how to work with the deeper layers of the body—fascia, joints, and long-held tension.
In the workshop, you will learn how to:
• Guide safe, effective long holds that relax the muscle and allow the student to get into the heart of the connective tissue
• Understand functional vs aesthetic alignment
• Use tools such as breathing techniques, the rhythm of your heart, and affirmations to stay present and mindful in the postures
• Create sequences that truly open the body
Restorative Yoga teaches something even rarer…How to help someone do nothing… well.
You’ll learn:
• Prop set-ups that fully support the body
• Breathing techniques to ease the parasympathetic nervous system
• Other practices to downregulate your nervous system
• The subtle art of creating deep rest in your classes

Yin and Restorative are often grouped together…but they are not the same practice.
One gently asks the body to open.
One invites the body to completely let go.
