Stretch, Sip & Connect: A Mother’s Day Event
Celebrate Mother’s Day with a morning designed to help you slow down, move, and enjoy good company 💛
Start your day with a guided yoga session led by Sadie and Erin, the founders of Modo Yoga Grand River, who are excited to be opening their new studio later this summer.
This special session offers a preview of the welcoming, community-centered space they’re bringing to the region. In celebration of their upcoming launch, Sadie and Erin will be sharing exclusive introductory rates and special offers available only to attendees.
It’s the perfect opportunity to connect, unwind, and be among the first to experience what Modo Yoga Grand River has to offer. (Opening date and additional studio details coming soon!)
Following the yoga session, enjoy a mindfulness component with a 15 minute guided meditation, creating a full experience of movement and relaxation.
After your flow, stick around for a relaxed social hour featuring a mimosa, light bites, a make-your-own simmer pot station, and time to connect.
