We are excited to host a special collaboration class with Dan Cullen, owner of Stretch Performance.Dan teaches a systematic approach to stretching that is built around measurable standards and proper range of motion. Each stretch has a defined position, a specific hold time, and a structured rest period. This allows participants to understand exactly where they are limited and what they need to improve.
This method is different from traditional yoga classes or assisted stretching studios. The focus is not simply on feeling a stretch, but on developing and maintaining the mobility standards that support long-term joint health and performance.
Maintaining proper range of motion plays a significant role in injury prevention and daily function. Dan has worked with individuals dealing with a wide range of issues, including migraines, carpal tunnel, plantar fasciitis, golfer’s elbow, arthritis, tendinitis, knee pain, back pain, and scoliosis.
Dan was certified by Joe Hippensteel, whose stretching methods were popularized in the book Can’t Hurt Me by David Goggins. This is the same structured approach that has been used at high levels of performance training.
Whether you are an athlete, a busy parent, or simply someone who wants to move better and feel better, this class will give you practical tools you can use immediately.
