Stretch in the Park

Welcome to Stretch in the Park! Join us for a warm outdoor stretchy sesh at Jose Marti Park. Beware this is not a formal class nor is it yoga! It was created to work on my own dancer flexibility so I'll be stretching with you using movement taught in my formal classes during the week. We'll be focusing on splits, straddles, backs and shoulders depending on which week you come!

When: Every Sunday 12-1 PM

Location: Jose Marti Park

Feel free to arrive sweaty, warm or post run to get the most out of your flex. If not, be sure to be present for the warm up. All are welcome, so invite your friends and family to get flexy 🤸🏽‍♀️I'll bring the music, you bring the good company!
