About this Event
Stretch & Sound Bath 🎶✨
We will move through slow and gentle stretches to release stiffness and tension, before heading into a relaxing meditation & sound journey as you melt into your mat.
You will be guided into deep rest, while beautiful crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and an ocean/rain drum surround you, bring vibrational support to your whole body and helping to calm your nervous system. 🌙
This event is meant to bring more calm and ease to your life, providing yourself time for a slow down and intentional rest. Beginners to yoga or sound bath always welcome. 💫

Younger attendees would need to be accompanied by an adult.
You may want to bring with you:
•yoga mat
•water bottle
•small pillow and/or blanket for sound meditation
•anything else you’d like with you (crystals, eye pillow, etc.)
