A collaboration between yogi Emma of Thorlby Yoga and artist Caroline Dowsett .

Join us for mindful events celebrating movement, creativity, mindfulness and nature.

Join us on Thursday 18th July at The Proud Place, Manchesters LBGTQ+ Community Centre.

Emma will guide you through a beginner friendly yoga session, centred around the theme of summer and abundance. Caroline will then guide us through a mindful art session, using inspiration and prompts from the nature we can find around us during summer in the city! Join us in reclaiming the joy moving our bodies and of creating art for fun, without worrying about the outcome!

No prior experience in yoga or art required, just an open heart and mind!

Nell's will be providing pizza for the event and hot drinks and refreshments will be available throughout. All pizzas will be vegetarian, vegan also available. Other allergens can also be catered for, feel free to reach out to discuss.

An idea of what to expect on the day:

18:00 Arrival - Welcome teas

18:15 Yoga practice with Emma

19:15: Pizza and refreshments

19:45: Mindful art session with Caroline

We will provide:

- Yoga mats

- Art materials

- Hot drinks and water

Things to bring:

- Comfy clothes

- Water bottle

- A journal & pen (pencils will be available if you forget one!)
