Hi! I'm Britney, a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Pilates Mat Specialist in training. I wanted to plan a community event to share my love for movement. So join me for Stretch & Sip: Pilates in the Park! 🌱
Get ready to unwind and strengthen your body at Central Park. We'll be hosting a rejuvenating Pilates session on February 22, 2026 at 9:30 AM. It's the perfect way to kickstart your day with some mindful movement outside.
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, this event is open to all levels. So grab your mat, invite a friend, and let's flow together in the heart of nature. We can't forget to stay hydrated, so matcha, sparkling water, and mocktails will be provided. Additional mats are limited so please bring your own if you can!
