About this Event
This is a full-body stretching class designed for everyone. Whether you spend your days at a desk or are constantly on the go, everyday life often leads to stiff hips, tight hamstrings, and lower back pain.
In this class, we’ll target key areas such as the hamstrings, hips, back, and shoulders through passive stretching techniques. Using the power of breath, we’ll focus on releasing tension and lengthening muscles throughout your body.
Each session will include a series of targeted stretches and mobility exercises held for 2-5 minutes – challenging both your mind and body, with options to modify or deepen the stretches based on your current ability.
You’ll leave class feeling longer, more relaxed, and energized, with improved flexibility and mobility. This class is designed to meet you where you are, helping you integrate flexibility training into your current routine—whether it’s yoga, strength training, martial arts, or cardio. No prior stretching experience is required.
