Workshop Structure (90 Minutes)
20–25 minutes – Gentle Yoga PracticeHeart-opening movement, seated twists, belly breathing, and slow transitions to activate the “rest and digest” response and prepare your body to receive information.
10–15 minutes – Guided ReflectionA brief self-inquiry exercise connecting your personal stress patterns with your digestive symptoms.
45–55 minutes – Education, Discussion & Q&AClear, practical teaching on the gut–brain axis and how to improve digestion by strengthening nervous system resilience.
About Your Instructor
Shannon Yundt is a Functional Nutrition & Lifestyle Practitioner specializing in gut health, blood sugar balance, and stress physiology. She helps women understand the root causes behind digestive symptoms and teaches practical, sustainable strategies to support healing — without extreme restriction. Shannon combines science-based education with nervous system–focused lifestyle tools to help clients build long-term resilience from the inside out.
