EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, a.k.a. meridian tapping) is a powerful, scientifically proven way to reduce stress and anxiety and calm the nervous system. It has been shown to be highly effective to reduce anxiety and worry, improve mood and sleep, reduce the symptoms of a variety of mental health symptoms, and better focus and performance.
Rooted in over 5000 years of Traditional Chinese Medicine, EFT involves gently tapping on acupuncture points while thinking about stressors, which deactivates the fight-flight-freeze stress response.
In this 2-hour workshop, we will go over the history and science behind EFT, learn the points and how to use the technique, and then apply it to real-life stressful situations using demonstrations and group practice.
