Duration:

Stress Detox provides 2 days of immersive and transformative experiences designed for deep stress relief and personal growth.



Stress Detox Activities Include:
  • Guided Meditations: Calm the mind and reset the nervous system
  • Interactive Sessions: Participants share and learn from each other’s experiences
  • Wisdom Teachings: Insights into the science of stress and technologies for dissolving it
  • Group Discussions: Foster community support and deepen understanding

Stress Detox is taught by dedicated Oneness Trainers who reflect the essence of Sri Preethaji’s and Sri Krishnaji’s profound teachings.

The facilitators have undergone rigorous training and profound personal transformations, cultivating a foundation for more peaceful and fulfilling daily living.

Their diverse backgrounds and deep insights create a supportive and nurturing space, guiding you every step of the way on your journey toward personal growth, self-realization, and a return to your natural state of well-being.


About Jake:

I lead meditation programs, guide river tours, and facilitate meditation-based wilderness experiences. My work draws from years of training & experience as a meditation leader.

I spent a year in India learning directly from Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji, and monks at Oneness, whose mission is to help people live free from stress, in a beautiful inner state of being.

I have seen this work change many people’s lives in beautiful ways, and it brings me great joy to share it with you.




Program Details


Dates: Saturday October 4, and Sunday October 5

Times: Oct 4 - 9 am to 6:00 pm, Oct 5 - 8:30 am to 6 pm

Location: 2100 Scott St, Ottawa, ON, K1Z 1A3

Facilitator: Jake Wilson


Who can attend?

  • Anyone over the age of 14
  • This course is not treatment nor replacement for professional care for anyone with serious mental health conditions.


What to bring?

  • Yoga mat or blanket to lie on the floor (some extras are available in limited quantity)
  • Water bottle
  • Lunch - 1 hour lunch break each day. You can bring your lunch or you can walk to Richmond Street to buy something.
  • Notebook & pen
  • Comfortable clothing


Parking

  • Paid parking is available at Parking Indigo Ottawa - 495 Richmond (a 10 minute walk away), Westboro Beach parking lot, or on Richmond St
