The course is well suited for both those with no previous meditation experience as well as those who have had a lifelong meditation practice.
When: Saturday, April 25th: 9.00am-6.00pm and
Sunday, April 26th: 8:30am-6.00pm.
There will be ample time provided for lunch, snacks and contemplation.
