Modern life places constant pressure on the body and mind. Over time, that pressure builds into physical tension, shallow breathing, and a feeling of always being “on.”This 90-minute workshop introduces a simple breath-led movement routine designed to help release accumulated stress and tension.
Participants will be guided through a structured sequence of breathing and movement that can later be practiced daily in as little as 8–12 minutes.
The focus is not complexity — it’s giving you a tool you can actually use.
No experience with martial arts or Ki Gong is required. Everything will be guided step-by-step.

Space in the studio is limited to 20 participants to keep the experience comfortable and personal.
