About this Event
Start your day strong.
This is not a random drop-in yoga class but an 8-week progression designed to build strength,mobility, and confidence in your yoga practice.
We'll meet every Tuesday + Thursday from 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM.
Tuesdays – Body Lab
Each two-week cycle focuses on a specific area of the body (spine, hips, shoulders, legs). Expect intelligent sequencing, skill-building, and time to refine your alignment.
Thursdays – Intermediate Flow
We integrate the week’s work into a strong, rhythmic full-body vinyasa practice. Expect challenge, sweat, and creative sequencing.
This series is ideal for students who:
• Want to get stronger
• Appreciate thoughtful sequencing
• Enjoy a slightly athletic practice
• Are ready to commit to consistency
Please bring:
• A yoga mat
• 2 yoga blocks if you have them (limited available onsite)
• Water
Drop-ins welcome, but progression is best experienced through consistent attendance.
