Mat Pilates is a versatile, low-impact workout designed to benefit both the body and mind—building core strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall control. Experience the power of Pilates with no equipment needed (other than your mat), using intentional movement to create a strong mind-body connection.
At Club Pilates Lincoln and Lincoln South, we specialize in reformer-based training, and this class is a small sample of the expert instruction and movement you can expect in our studios. Whether you’re brand new or already love Pilates, this is a fun, accessible way to move with us and get to know our community.
