For the session, we will stick with bodyweight exercises and resistance bands. The class will be a mix of strength and cardio featuring modifiable exercises to ensure it is accessible to all fitness levels.

Every session mixes strength, cardio, and functional moves to help you build muscle, burn fat, and feel strong.
