💪 Strength Saturdays is back this summer at the Village Pointe Amphitheater, sponsored by Children’s Nebraska! Enjoy complimentary outdoor fitness classes all summer long in the heart of Village Pointe. ☀️

✨ Class Description:
For the session, we will stick with bodyweight exercises and resistance bands. The class will be a mix of strength and cardio featuring modifiable exercises to ensure it is accessible to all fitness levels.
📝 Registration & Waiver Information:
Participants may be required to complete a waiver through the hosting fitness provider either during registration or upon arrival at the event prior to participating in class.
