STRENGTH IN THE CITY annual Health and Wellness festival is returning to Austin in May, and we are so excited to be back! We are opening up more tickets for this year but be sure to grab them before they sell out.

Join us for a full day of health and wellness classes from bikes and kettle bells, to dance and meditation and everything in between. Explore a variety of classes, exciting talent to accompany the instructors, local vendors to shop, and a whole lot of energy to light your fire!

A portion of the tickets sales will donated to STRENGTH IN THE CITY Foundation (SITCF). Our foundations missions is to bring these experiences and health and wellness resources to underserved communities in cities we serve.
