STRENGTH IN THE CITY and SWEATPals are coming together to bring YOU the STRONGER TOGETHER Festival!

Power HIIT will be one of the classes included in the ticket for this amazing event.

Power HIIT with Amy Harenberg of Focused Fitness ATX

Come join Focused Fitness ATX for a HIIT class that will leave you sweating but wanting more at the same time. The goal is to increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one's maximum heart rate. This workout will incorporate 3 rounds that alternate between high intensity movements, followed by shorter periods of lower intensity movement.

Join us for a full day of health and wellness classes from yoga and HIIT classes, to dance and meditation and everything in between. Explore a variety of classes, exciting talent to accompany the instructors, local vendors to shop, and a whole lot of energy to light your fire!

A portion of the tickets sales will donated to STRENGTH IN THE CITY Foundation (SITCF). Our foundations missions is to bring these experiences and health and wellness resources to underserved communities in cities we serve.
